Terms and Conditions ? Dream Blend Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

Terminology
You (?The Client?): Refers to the individual, business, or organization engaging with Dream Blend Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for services.
Us (?The Company?): Refers to Dream Blend Solutions Pvt. Ltd., operating under the website dreambspl.com.
The Project: Refers to the body of work undertaken, which may include:
Consultation
Graphic Design
Website Design & Development
SEO and/or Hosting
1. Responsibilities of Both Parties
The Client Agrees To:
Provide necessary content, images, and information within a reasonable timeframe to complete the project.
Submit text and images in the required format (see Photographs and Images section).
Review, provide feedback, and sign off approval promptly.
Adhere to the payment schedule outlined on our prices page or agreed upon separately for custom work.
Notify the Company at least one month in advance if wishing to terminate any contract.
Mark confidential information as ?Confidential? in email subjects or on written documents.
The Company Agrees To:
Deliver services professionally and in a timely manner.
Adhere to agreed deadlines and timelines.
Make a reasonable number of design revisions (up to 2 major revisions). Additional revisions will be charged separately.
Complete requested website revisions or updates within 72 hours, wherever possible, based on the support package.
Maintain updated skills and knowledge through regular training and research.
Contact the Client before the end of the first 12-month period to discuss further website maintenance, support, and hosting options.
2. Website Design Guidelines
Websites are developed for compatibility across all major browsers and platforms, including mobile devices.
However, complete and long-term compatibility across all browsers cannot be guaranteed due to frequent vendor updates.
We cannot guarantee compatibility with outdated or obsolete browser software.
3. Database, Application, and E-Commerce Development
The Company cannot be held liable for losses incurred by the use of any software created.
The Client is responsible for ensuring the functionality of the software before use.
If applications are hosted on third-party servers, the Client must provide required information, software, and cooperation.
The Client must test all applications before going live. The Company will endeavor (but is not obliged) to fix any bugs or errors found after deployment.
4. SEO and Online Marketing
SEO efforts focus on organic growth and typically take 4-6 weeks to implement.
Search Engine Marketing (SEM) brings immediate results and is a separate service.
The Company does not guarantee top positions or immediate results within 6 months.
A 60-day advance notice is required for contract termination.
FTP access and necessary information must be provided for effective SEO implementation.
5. Terms of Payment
Invoices are raised as per the agreed payment schedule.
Payment is due at the beginning of every month.
The Company requires content and other necessary information within 3-4 business days to stay on schedule.
Payment Structure:
50% of the total development cost is required at the start.
The remaining 50% is due upon project completion.
Payments can be made via State Bank of India (SBI):

6. Photographs and Images
Images should be provided in a digital format (minimum 1024x768 pixels).
Additional costs may be incurred for scanning and retouching traditional photographs.
Third-party stock photos obtained by the Company will be charged as an additional cost.
The Client guarantees ownership or permission for all provided elements (text, graphics, photos, designs, etc.).
7. Copyright and Ownership
After 12 months, the Client owns all project elements provided.
The Company reserves the right to display and link to the completed project in its portfolio unless notified otherwise.
Files related to the project are maintained for at least one year.
8. Hosting and Support
Websites are hosted on high-speed dedicated servers with a guaranteed minimum uptime of 99.95%.
Clients can choose from available support packages, and changes to the hosting provider may incur an additional fee.
Hosting clients are charged at the standard hourly rate for updates and changes.
9. Liability and Confidentiality
The Company is not liable for missed deadlines if caused by delays in the Client?s submissions or approvals.
Data protection, confidentiality, and data retention regulations are adhered to as per applicable laws.
10. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters or technical failures.
11. Contract Length and Termination
Standard contract lengths are 12 months unless otherwise agreed.
A minimum 30-day notice is required to cancel a support or hosting contract.
Early cancellation after design approval but before website launch may result in a charge of up to 85% of total development costs.
12. Payment for Services and Online Payments
Payments are processed securely using Atom Payment Gateway.
Successful payments will be confirmed via email.
In case of payment failure, the Client must arrange an alternative payment method promptly.
All payments are subject to applicable service taxes.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
15. Legal Jurisdiction
This contract is a legal document governed under the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian law and courts.
